Sauteed of Green Beans and Roasted Pepper
Serves 4
Ingredients:
12 oz (350 grs) of Qdelicias roasted peppers
7 oz (200 grs) of green beans
8 scallops
1.5 Tbls (20 ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt
Clean the green beans, cooked them in boiling water for 15 seconds, get them out to cool off.
Sautee garlic add the green beans for two minutes then add the roasted peppers, let them sautee for two more minutes.
In a separate pan saute the scallops on both sides.
Set the plate with the veggies in the center and on the side the scallops.
