TUNA SALAD WITH ROASTED PEPPERS
Serves 4
Ingredients:
5 oz (150 grs) of bonito tuna
12 oz (350 grs) of Qdelicias roasted peppers
3.5 oz ( 100 grs) of salad greens
5 teaspoons (25 ml) of sherry vinaigrette
2 teaspoons (10 ml) of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the tuna into thin slices.
Add vinaigrette dressing to the salad and peppers.
Serve the salad on a plate with the peppers and dress with olive oil.
